If you purchase or build a new PC without installing an operating system, how can you install Windows 11 on it? The operations are not complicated and let’s see the instructions below.

Step 1: You also need to prepare a bootable USB flash drive. To do this thing, go to a working PC and run Media Creation Tool or Rufus for this task.

Step 2: Boot the PC, go to the BIOS menu (the key to enter BIOS is mentioned in the above part), and then boot the new PC from the USB drive.

Step 3: Then, begin the installation by following the Windows setup instructions.

These steps are mentioned above and follow them to install Windows 11 on your new PC.

Note that it is a little troublesome to check the PC specifications of the new PC that doesn’t have an operating system. Usually, if you plan to install Windows 11 and prepare a PC, the machine should meet system requirements.

Step 1: Double-click on this installed tool and run it to the main interface.

Step 2: Move to Tools in the left pane and click Clone Disk to continue.
