Step 8: When the selections are done, you need to click the blue Create download package button to start downloading the package on your device.

Step 9: When the downloading process ends, you need to access the location of the downloaded file. It is a zip file. You can unzip it to extract files in the folder.

Step 10: There is a file named uup_download_windows.cmd. To create a Windows 11 Arm ISO file, you need to double-click it to run it. If you see the Microsoft Defender SmartScreen interface, you need to click on More Info, then click on Run anyway to continue.
