Fix 1: Remove External Peripherals

Fix 4: Reset BIOS

- Open the computer case and find the CMOS jumper on the motherboard.
- Your jumper covers only 2 of the 3 pins; please move it to the other two pins (from first and second to second and third).
- Press the power button to discharge the remaining power.

- Put back the jumper, close the case, and turn on your computer again.
