Solution 1: Check GPS

Solution 2: Close Cellular Network

Although Cellular Network brings much convenience to you, it does have some disadvantages and sometimes it will affect your application usage. Therefore, you can solve Waze not working by closing it.

Waze Not Working on Android

Step 1. Go to Settings > Wireless and Network > SIM Card and Mobile Networks.

Step 2. Disable VoLTE.

Step 3. Tap on the name of your network provider and turn Preferred network to 2G/3G.

Step 4. Reboot your phone to check if Waze not working still exists.

Step 5. Choose VoLTE and turn the Preferred network back.

Waze Not Working on iPhone

Step 1. Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options.

Step 2. Disable 4G or LTE.

Step 3. Restart your phone and enable the Cellular Network from Setting.

Solution 3: Check Sound Output

Solution 5: Reinstall the App
