On Windows 10:

Step 1: Click the search icon or box from the taskbar, then search for Windows Security.

Step 2: Select Windows Security App and click the App settings option from the right panel.


If you see two Windows Security results, you need to click the arrow next to the Windows Security App option, then click App settings.

On Windows 11:

Step 1: Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.

Way 2: Remove the Page Not Available Error from Device Security Using the Local Group Policy Editor
