page not available case 2

Why does this issue happen? Here are some possible reasons:

Some areas in this feature have been blocked by your IT administrator

If you are using a computer in a school or an organization, some areas in Device Security may have been blocked by the IT administrator for some reason. In a situation like this, it is normal to see the Device Security Page not available error. If you want to remove the error, you need to contact your IT administrator.

Device Security is disabled by Group Policy settings

Windows features can also be disabled by using the Local Group Policy Editor. Device Security may be blocked by the Local Group Policy Editor unexpectedly but you don’t know it.

Third-party antivirus software is not compatible with Windows Security

Some third-party antivirus tools may be incompatible with Windows Security, causing the Device Security page not available error. If you receive this error message just after you install new antivirus software, this could be the cause. You can quit or uninstall the software to have a try.

Firmware or software is outdated

If firmware or software on your computer is not up-to-date, Windows Security will not communicate with the operating system and other hardware. Hence, the status of firmware or software affects the performance of Windows Security because it can cause compatibility issues and security vulnerabilities.

The device Security page is not available is an issue that can happen on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. To help you remove the error, we collect some useful methods and introduce them in the next part.
