MEMXPRO Has Announced Industrial SSDs with Micron Durable 3D TLC

MEMXPRO, a leading DRAM module and SSD solution provider for defense, industrial, and enterprise markets, has announced three series of industrial solid-state drives. These three industrial SSDs include MEMXPRO PT30 SSD, MEMXPRO ET30 SSD, and the MEMXPRO E231 series SSD. In addition, these three industrial SSDs have embedded the Micro durable 3D TLC technology. MEMXPRO PT30 SSD

First of all, let’s look at the MEMXPRO PT30 SSD. MEMXPRO PT30 SSD comes in large storage size which is ranging from 128GB to 2TB. And its dimension is about 100×69.85×6.9. In addition, this MEMXPRO PT30 SSD has high-performance with SATA III 6Gb/s interface and with a 10K P/E cycle 3D TLC NAND Flash Type. MEMXPRO has claimed that the sequential read and write speed of this solid-state drive can reach up to 550MB/s and 510MB/s.

The MEMXPRO PT30 SSD can ensure data integrity and the safety of data transmission. What’s more, this MEMXPRO PT30 SSD should be used in the temperature from -40°C to +85°C.

MEMXPRO ET30 SSD

Now, let’s look at the second SSD. It is the MEMXPRO ET30 SSD. In fact, most specifications of this MEMXPRO ET30 SSD are the same as the MEMXPRO PT30 SSD. It also comes in large hard drive capacity which is ranging from 64GB to 1TB. Its interface is the SATA III with the 2.5-inch form factor. It is also embedded with the 3D TLC NAND flash memory. With those features, the MEMXPRO ET30 SSD has fast transmission speed which can reach up to 550MB/s and 510MB/s.

This MEMXPRO ET30 SSD features LDPC ECC and RAID Engine technology, ensuring data integrity and the safety of data transmission.

MEMXPRO E231 Series SSD

Now, let’s look at the last industrial SSD – MEMXPRO E231 series SSD. This MEMXPRO E231 series SSD is a SATA III 6Gb/s high-capacity MLC drive with single board slim design for better transmission and signal stability. The hard drive capacity of this MEMXPRO E231 series SSD can reach up to 4TB and the smallest one is 1TB. With the SATA interface and the MLC flash memory, its sequential read and write speed can reach up to 516MB/s and 425 MB/s.

It is built-in LDPC ECC and RAID Engine technology, it can ensure the data integrity and the safety of data transmission.

In addition, this MEMXPRO E231 series SSD is targeted at server and transportation market applications required multi-terabyte storage capacities.
