9. Name the DWORD as TCPackFreqency and set Value data to 1.

10. Create another DWORD and name it TCPNoDelay and set Value data to 1.

11. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSMQ.

12. Create a new DWORD and name it TCPNoDelay. Then set its Value data to 1.

13. Expand the MSMQ key and select Parameters. If the Parameters option is not available, you need to right-click MSMQ and select New/Key and type Parameters as its name.

14. In Parameters, you need to create a new DWORD and name it as TCPNoDelay, and set its Value data to 1.
