The GALAX Hall of Fame SSD comes in three different hard drive capacities which respectively are 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB. And there are two different models which are M.2 2280 module and the HHHL card form-factors. The latter one has featured a CNC-machined cooling system with a heat pipe to ensure consistent performance of the drives under high load. And the GALAX HOF SSD with M.2 form factor has a typical heatsink as well as RGB LEDs controlled using properties software.

The GALAX Hall of Fame SSD is built in the Phison PS5012-E12 controller which has eight NAND channels and DDR4/DDR3L interface for DRAM caching.
