Please check the following things first.

  • Make sure the Google Home is powered on and plugged into a working wall outlet.

Tip 1: Reboot Devices

Step 1: reboot WiFi router.

  1. Remove the power source and wait at least 30 seconds (~1 minute is better).
  2. Pug back in the power source to WiFi router.
