BGA Package NANDrive™ SSDs

In addition, Greenliant will display its family of BGA (ball grid array) package NANDrive SSDs. These drives are available in a wide range of industry-standard interfaces including PATA, SATA, and eMMC and they are offered for space-constrained embedded systems with various capacities.

The eMMC NANDrive SSDs with EnduroSLC™ Technology focus on ultra-performance endurance and are able to reach up to 250,000 P/E (program/erase) cycles. It is said that these eMMC SSDs are part of the EnduroSLC™ product line.

And the 1-bit-per-cell (SLC) SSDs can provide customers with a choice of different endurance specifications, for example, 50,000, 100,000 and 250,000 P/E cycles. All these are needed for applications, which are the most challenging.

As to application regarding cloud computing and big data, Greenliant said that it is offering industrial enterprise storage solutions. These high-reliability and high-performance products are available in standard SATA 2.5’’ and NVMe U.2 form factors. And they can operate between -40˚C and +85˚C, and provide endurance up to 30 (DWPD) drive writes per day for 5 years.
