The newly launched PCIe SSD functional test platform served the SSD market and provided more than ten years of design and manufacturing services to tier one customers, which was successfully developed on the basis of USI’s extensive experience.

The sample production and mass production have verified the test solution whose stable performance has been well received by customers.

Different types of adapter cards and brackets to support a variety of SSD form factors, such as U.2 and HHHL / FHHL are used by USI’s enterprise-class PCIe NVMe Gen3 SSD testers. Based on customers’ production need, testers can be configured easily. Thus, customers can speed up the time-to-market with testers.

USI also offers customized SSD test modifications for its customers, such as parameter adjustment of IO tools, power monitoring and NVMe SSD test for dual-channel ports. The test modifications can help reduce the total time of testing.

In addition, USI expects to launch a PCIe NVMe Gen4 SSD test solution that can meet customers’ future needs in 2020 with PCIe technology continuing to improve.
