SMART Has Announced Its New N200 Family of SATA Flash Storage

Four Models of SMART N200 Flash Storage

SMART new N200 family of SATA products is built with Triple Level Cell (TLC) 3D NAND technology and there are four form factors, such as M.2 SATA (2240 and 2280), Slim SATA (MO-297), mSATA (MO-300A) and 2.5’’ SATA SSD.

To be specific, the M.2 SATA N200 SSD is designed to serve applications that require reliable internal storage yet demand a small footprint. The Slim SATA N200 is a commercial and industrial grade small form factors (SFF) embedded and solid state drive SATA module.

The mSATA MO-300A N200 can easily integrate into a host system without additional device drivers or any special BIOS modifications with its industry-standard SATA interface. As to the embedded computing applications, the 2.5″ SATA N200 SSD brings the advantages of economical and industrial-grade non-volatile memory.

Features of SMART New N200 Family

For capacities, the SMART N200 SATA flash storage is available in capacities ranging from 32GB to 1TB, which depends on the specified form factor. And all can be used in industrial and commercial temperatures.

SMART new N200 family of flash storage offers you excellent read and write performance, can be suitable for applications that require lower drive capacity and use the drive for boot up code and OS (operating system) code storage.

Besides, for higher capacity drives, they are an excellent option for transaction-intensive applications, for example, x86 server-storage applications, single board computers for defense, gaming, industrial control applications and printers, telecommunications & networking routers and switches, and Advanced Telecommunications Computing Architecture (ATCA) computer blades.

Additionally, there are many features that the N200 series products own, such as advanced error detection, correction circuitry, as well as advanced static and dynamic wear leveling, providing superior data reliability, self-monitoring analysis, and reporting technology.

What’s more, the N200 also supports 48-bit logical block addressing (LBA) with large maximum transfer size.
