Reset Your PIN (Only for Microsoft Account)

If your PC uses a Microsoft account, you can reset the PIN, and an internet connection is required to verify your account. See how to do this thing:

Step 1: Select the Set up my PIN on the login screen.

Step 3: You need to complete a verification process if you enable two-step verification for your Microsoft account.

Step 4: Press Continue to confirm the resetting PIN operation.

Step 5: Type a new PIN and confirm the PIN, then click OK.

Log in with the Account Password

Delete the Ngc Folder

Windows stores all the information related to the PIN settings in the Ngc folder. If this folder gets damaged, you cannot log in with the PIN. On the screen, you run into the issue – Windows 10/Windows 11 something happened and your PIN isn’t available click to set up your PIN again. To solve this issue, delete this folder.
