Unable to Migrate Online Account to Enhanced Version
GTA V Enhanced is finally available now. The Enhanced version comes to PC with features added to Story Mode and GTA Online. There are several differences between GTA 5 Enhanced and Legacy that you should be aware of before upgrading, especially if you’re trying to move GTA 5 save data to GTA 5 Enhanced. Solution 1: Check Eligibility Requirements
First of all, you can check if you meet the eligibility requirements of the profile migration:
- Migration is only feasible from PS4/Xbox One to PS5/Xbox Series X/S.
- Your previous console needs to be connected to your Rockstar Social Club account.
- A legitimate GTA Online save with progress is required.
Solution 2: Check Your Account
Chances are that your GTA Online account has been banned, suspended, or flagged, so GTA V Enhanced not eligible for migration crops up. In this condition, check your mailbox or contact Rockstar Support for any ban notifications.
Solution 3: Log into Correct Rockstar Account
If GTA V Enhanced account migration failure persists, please go to Rockstar Social Club and make sure:
- Your account is linked to you old-gen PS4 or Xbox One.

How to Transfer GTA Legacy to Enhanced via Landing Page?
The first way to migrate your previous GTA Online profile is through the landing page. To do so:
Step 1. Launch GTA V Enhanced on your computer.
Step 2. In the landing page, click on ONLINE in the top left corner.
Step 3. In the Migrate Profile screen, choose the profile you wish to migrate and hit Migrate.
Step 4. Then, an Alert screen will inform you that what will the migration do. Click on Confirm to start the operation and wait for its completion.
Step 5. Once done, you will be brought into the Review Character screen. In this page, choose the character that you wish to migrate and continue to the Enhanced version. If you select Overwrite Character, your existing character will be replaced with a new one.
How to Transfer GTA Legacy to Enhanced via Pause Menu?
Some of you might have already started experiencing GTA Online with a new character on the Enhanced version. In this instance, you can still find your legacy version character and restart your journey via Pause Menu. Follow these steps:
Step 1. Launch GTA Online and then move to Pause Menu.
Step 2. In the menu bar, locate the ONLINE tab.
Step 3. Highlight the Migrate Profile icon and then press the Enter key to start the migration.
