It is lucky that Microsoft has already provided some tools which can help you to delete the temporary files automatically.

The first one is Storage Sense. You can find it by going to Settings > System > Storage. Then, you will see Storage sense option on the interface. You need to switch the button to On. After that, Windows will delete the temp files in the Recycle Bin every 30 days automatically.
