Fix 1: Run Windows Store App Troubleshooter

If you encounter any errors in Microsoft Store, you can consider fixing them via the Windows inbuilt troubleshooting tool – Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter.

Step 1. Press Win + I to open Windows Settings.

Step 2. Go to Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.

Step 3. Scroll down to find Windows Store App, hit it and then click on Run the troubleshooter.

Fix 2: Check Essential Windows Services

Step 1. Open the Run box, type %appdata% and hit Enter.

Step 2. Navigate to the following path:

C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\

Step 3. Right-click on the LocalCache folder to choose Delete. This operation is not harmful because the Microsoft Store components will rebuild automatically the next time you run the program.

Fix 5: Reinstall Microsoft Store

Step 1. Press Win + X to select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

Step 2. Type get-appxpackage –allusers and then hit Enter.

Step 3. Search for the content of PackageFullName under Microsoft.WindowsStore and copy it.

Step 5. After rebooting your computer, run Windows PowerShell with administrative rights and run the following command:

Add-AppxPackage -register “C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsStore_11804.1001.8.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\AppxManifest.xml” –DisableDevelopmentMode

Step 6. Now, Microsoft Store will be installed on your PC and you can check if Windows Store try that again error still exists.
