Check the Internet Connection

You should first go to check the internet connection when finding photos not uploading to iCloud.

Make sure iCloud Photos is enabled.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on the username (the first option).
  3. Select iCould.
  4. Select Photos.
  5. Make sure iCloud Photos is On.

Enable Wi-Fi and cellular data for Photos:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Scroll down to find Photos option.
  3. Access Wireless Data.
  4. Click on the Wireless Data.
  5. Select WLAN & Cellular Data.
  6. Make sure the Wi-Fi network you’ve connected to is stable and working or make sure the cellular data is enabled.

Disable Low Data Mode for WLAN:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select WLAN.
  3. Click on the info button (looks like a lower-case I) next to the network you are using.
  4. Toggle the switch of Low Data Mode to Off.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Cellular.
  3. Select Cellular Data Options.
  4. Toggle the switch of Low Data Mode to Off.

Check Apple ID

  1. Open Settings and click on the username on iPhone to know which Apple ID you are using.
  2. Open System Preference and click iCloud to check whether you are using the same Apple ID on Mac.
  3. Open iCloud app to check whether you are using the same Apple ID on Windows.

Navigate to System Preference -> select iCloud -> choose Options -> check iCloud Photo Library.

Windows:
