In fact, Windows 10 Build 18836 comes from Windows 10 20H1 development branch. This build only includes some general bug fixes. The company says that the Insiders in Skip Ahead ring will receive 20H1 builds and the 19H2 builds will be released to Insiders in the Spring of this year.
Windows 10 20H1 builds will be released to Insiders in the Skip Ahead ring and it will be under test earlier this time. This unusual test indicates that the company needs a longer time to test these upcoming new and exciting features in the Windows 10 update.

Some things we are working on in 20H1 require a longer lead time. We will begin releasing 19H2 bits to Insiders later this spring after we get 19H1 nearly finished and ready; once 19H1 is “nearly finished and ready” we’ll also use the Release Preview ring for previews of drivers and quality updates on 19H1.
About Windows 10 19H2
Brandon LeBlanc, the Senior Program Manager of Microsoft on the Windows Insider Program Team in WDG written a series of tweets which indicates that Microsoft is not going to skip Windows 10 19H2 preview builds and they will be released to Fast Ring Insiders in Spring of this year.
Windows 10 19H1 (version 1902) will be released in April 2019. After that, 19H2 (version 1909) preview builds will go to public for Insiders in Fast Ring and the Skip Ahead users will continue to get Windows 10 20H1 builds.

Fast ring still has 19H1 and will for a little while longer. Important not to confuse here – Fast ring is *still* 19H1 right now. We’ll have more details to share once we get closer to pushing 19H1 out the door. Our focus is really still on making 19H1 awesome.

- Windows 10 19H1 will be released to public in April 2019 according to the normal plan. And the Preview builds are available in the Fast Ring.
- Windows 10 19H2 will be released in October of this year. After the 19H1’s release, the preview builds of 19H2 will be released to the Fast Ring.
- Windows 10 20H1 preview builds have been already available for the Skip Ahead ring. However, the ordinary users will get the official update in the early time of year 2020.
