Fix 1: Run the Hardware Troubleshooters

Windows contains several tools to repair your devices’ problems. To fix an unresponsive Bluetooth keyboard, you can run the two troubleshooters first: the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
