Step 6: Disable all the programs shown in this window, then close Task Manager.

Step 7: When back to the System Configuration window, click OK.

After your computer restarts, it will enter the clean boot environment. You can check whether the problem still exists. If not, you can reenable the app one by one to find out which one causes the problem.
