OneDrive provides a Standalone plan. It costs $1.99/month or $19.99/year and you can get 100 GB OneDrive storage.

If you subscribe to a Microsoft 365 plan, you can get 1 TB of free OneDrive cloud storage.
The cheapest Microsoft 365 subscription is Microsoft 365 Personal which costs $69.99/year or $6.99/month. With this Microsoft 365 plan, you can get desktop Office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. and enjoy 1 TB free OneDrive storage.
You can also choose the Microsoft 365 Family plan which costs $99.99/year or $9.99/month. This plan lets you share the subscription with 5 other people. Each person can get 1 TB free OneDrive storage, and 6 TB storage in total.

How to Add More Storage to OneDrive
Microsoft provides premium OneDrive plans to allow you to purchase additional storage with your existing plan. If you purchased a Microsoft 365 plan, you can increase your OneDrive storage up to 2 TB.
- You can go to OneDrive Online and log in to your Microsoft account. Click the Premium OneDrive icon in the left panel.
- Then you can see your Microsoft 365 plan details. Scroll down to locate the “Get more OneDrive storage” section.
- Then you can choose to buy a preferred OneDrive additional storage subscription: add 200 GB for $1.99/month, add 400 GB for $3.99/month, add 600 GB for $6.99/month, add 800 GB for $7.99/month, or add 1 TB for $9.99/month. Click the Buy Now button to continue.
