What to Do before Starting the Solutions

You should follow the steps below before you try anything to fix.

  1. Turn off the networking equipment and the PC -> wait for a while (at least 30 seconds) -> power on the equipment and device again.
  2. Move your device closer to the router in order to enhance the Wi-Fi signals strength.
  3. You can use another network as a mobile hotspot if you have.
  4. Check whether the network connection is available and stable (you can open another streaming service to check).
  5. Check whether there is any electrical/magnetic interference or not. If it has, please remove.

Solution 1: clear your browser data.


  1. Click the Action (three-dot) button at top right.
  2. Navigate to History and then select History again.
  3. Choose Clear browsing data.
  4. Shift to Advanced tab.
  5. Select All time for Time range.
  6. Check only Cached images and files.
  7. Click Clear data and wait.

  1. Click on the Action button and choose Settings.
  2. Choose Extensions from the left pane.
  3. Switch the toggle of Developer mode to on.
  4. Click Update to update all the extensions in the list. Click Remove to disable the extensions you suspect causing the problem.

  1. Make sure the VPN/proxy is disabled.
  2. Press Windows + S to open the search box.
  3. Type network reset into the text box.
  4. Choose Network reset from the result or press Enter.
