On eligible Insider Channels such as the Canary Channel today, this feature will download and install a repair version of the OS. This operation reinstalls the OS that you have and will not remove any files, settings, or apps. The repair content is displayed on the Windows Update Settings page with the title appended with “(repair version)”. This capability can be useful in many instances but is intended to be used for keeping the device secure and up to date. Devices may need to complete in progress updates prior to this process taking effect.

At present, this new feature is only available in the Canary version of Windows 11. So, you should first join this channel if necessary. Next, you should go to Windows Update to download and install the latest Windows 11 build on your device.
This new feature should appear and be enabled as soon as you install the latest Windows updates. Now, you can follow this guide to repair Windows 11 problems using Windows Update by reinstalling OS:
Step 1: Press Windows + I to open Settings.
Step 2: Go to System > Recovery from the left pane.
