What is Google Crash Handler?

Google Crash Handler is a component of Google Updater. Google Updater’s function is to manage downloads, installs, removals and automatic updates of various Google applications. As a part of Google Updater, Google Crash Handler’s function is to send crash reports and anonymous usage data to Google for analysis.

If your Google software like Chrome crashes, shuts down unexpectedly, or Chrome won’t open, Google Crash Handler application will send the problem details to Google, and it helps Google to analyze the fix these problems.
