How to Connect AirPods to a Windows Laptop?
If you want to pair AirPods with a Windows laptop, the laptop should support the Bluetooth feature. If not, you can add Bluetooth to your laptop.
Here is how to pair AirPods with your laptop:
Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth on your device. You can click the Notifications area at the bottom right corner and check if it is turned on. If not, you can click it to enable it.
Step 2: Right-click Bluetooth from Notifications and select Go to Settings.
Step 3: On the pop-up Bluetooth & other devices page, click Add Bluetooth or other device to continue. An alternative way to go to this page is to go to Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
Step 4: On the second pop-up interface, click Bluetooth to continue.
Step 5: Make sure your AirPods are in the charging case, then open the lid.
Step 6: Press and hold the small white button on the back of the charging case until the status light flashes white.
Step 7: Your AirPods will appear in the Add a device list. You can click them to connect them to your laptop.
Step 8: When your AirPods are connected to your laptop successfully, the interface will show a message saying Your device is ready to go. Under the name of your AirPods, you can also see a word: Connected. If you want to disconnect your AirPods from your laptop, you can click the Disconnect button.

How to Set up AirPods with Your Mac?
Using AirPods on your Mac should meet the following requirements:
- If you are using AirPods (2nd generation), your Mac should run macOS Mojave 10.14.4 or above.
- If you are using AirPods Pro, your laptop should run macOS Catalina 10.15.1 or above.
- If you are using AirPods (3rd generation), your Mac should run macOS Monterey or above.
